Divorce in T&T – Vicar for Family Life comments

A total of 2,840 new divorce cases were filed in Trinidad and Tobago last year. This was revealed by Chief Justice Ivor Archie when he addressed a gathering of legal practitioners at Monday’s (17th September) opening of the 2012-2013 Law Term at the Convocation Hall of the Hall of Justice at Knox Street in Port of Spain. Archie said 1,828 Decrees Nisi and 2,461 Decrees Absolute were granted. – Trinidad Express REPORT
