Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,
It is with great pleasure and anticipation that we, the Archdiocesan Family Life Commission, send to you a copy of a document ‘Catholic Family; Become what you are’ for your use during this year 2010. Our hope is that every parish, church group or organization, commission and family will utilize this document as an important resource this year in meeting the call ‘Catholic Family: Become what you are’.

We especially ask that all priests utilize this document when preaching, and parish implementation teams or family life units utilize it when planning and implementing their pastoral plans. You will also find attached to this document a full itinerary of events planned for 2010 by the New Evangelization Department for your information and use. We look forward to a real collaborative effort from everyone so that we may realize the goal of this Archdiocese to establish a ‘Civilization of Love’.
